does anyone know if a 1.8t out of a 2005 golf with a engine code awp will fit in my 2000 golf with a 1.8t with a awd code. also if so is there any thing different or will it fit fine. I know the 2005 has vvt and my car does not. any help would be great thankx

Actually I don't have any idea about it but why don't you check or review your
VW manual repair for your reference. Hope, my nonesense idea may help!

are you doing engine and tranny? if so i think you should just have to use the computer for the other engine. dont quote me on that tho. i've never done it.
