2007 2.0T or GLI

Hi Folks:  I'm new here, checking out the forum for a little help.  I did a search on this, but didn't find anything.  If I missed a discussion of this, my apologies.
 
I'm pretty sure I've decided on a new Jetta, and probably the GLI.  But I'm having a heck of a time finding one.  I haven't had a chance to drive one, so I'm wondering if you can fill me in on the differences between the GLI and the 2.0T.  I know the engines are the same.  I'm thinking more of information on the ride, handling, performance aspects of the two cars.  I've been driving a SUV for years and am looking to have fun driving again -- I'm hoping this car will do it.  Thanks, Bob

get the GLI, the GLI is a 2.0T so there wont be any change power wise. its all trim stuff. get the GLI or you will kick yourself later :)
