I've got a 2003 1.8T and when I drive down the highway and a bump jars the car, the door ajar light flickers on and off. Also, on occasion the small light on the front passenger door will come on. I should note that I have a roof rack on the car so I'm not sure if that would have anything to do with it... Any suggestions would be extremely helpful. Thanks a lot

Door ajar light is activated by a switch at the doors on
most cars, it would be the dome light switch, open the door
and look for a little switch that the door would push in when
closed, some of the switched are adjustable by just pulling
out on then and then shut the door to adjust, some are
black plastic and get worn down, and have to be replaced.
