Having trouble opening trunk and fuel door. NEED HELP

I could use some serious help trying to open up the trunk and fuel door from the inside of the car. I've tried everything with the buttons inside the door. They are not locked. Also my trunk won't open from my keyless entry either. My gas tank is now on empty and I can't open the friggin' door. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have been trying to open the thing  for like two days now, and nothing. If someone could please help, I would highly appreciate it. Thanks fellas.
