Headlights w/o fog

I have an 02 Jetta GLS 1.8T that is not equipted with factory fog lights. I've been trying to replace the OEM with something close to a Xenon or a Halo projection. The problem i am running into is they all are for cars equipted with factory fog light. Does anyone know if there are any alternatives? How labor intensive is installing the wiring harness to add fog lights?? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. \

     Visit your local auto parts store and pick out a set that
 will fit the vehicle, instructions should be inside the box,
 if you know anything about wiring you should be able to
  mount and wire them, to me their one of the easiest things you could install.
