help

hi i own a vw golf gt tdi 130 it has alway been looked after but recently i have been losing power i have taken it 2 the garage and had a boost controler replaced its running better but when i drive at speed, i lose power when i come back down to a crusing speed. but then if i switch the engine off and start it again it works fine can any1 help please!!!
