how do I get to my rear speakers?

i am trying to get to my rear speakers but cant figure it out. i have an '03 gti, any help would be appreciated

i think you have to take out the rear seats and then take the side pannels off

You need to remove the rear seat and then the front drivers and passengers seatbelts, then the side panels unclip.
