2000 GTi 20v 1.8T 165000km services done veh lacks power. high fuel consumption. When climbing up steepgradient the engine cuts off seems like fuel starvation on start up black smoke from exhaust. On take off rev to 3000 rpm on board computer shows 51.0 l/km
