Timing question

Hey everyone,
I have a 68 bug, in which a few years ago, I put in a brand new engine (1600), the engine was made to fit a 71-73 bug. I have been told two different settings for the timing 5ATDC and 7.5BTDC, could anyone tell me which one is correct.

i don't think those are options i'm pretty sure they are the same thing, it will be at 5 degrees at top dead center and at 7.5 degrees at bottom dead center.
