turn signals and brake lights

 I own a 86 cabrio. are ther two different flashers for signals and one for hazrds? My hazards work but no signal lights. any help would be greatly app. I changed fuses and still no luck

there's another flasher either on the fuse panel or under the dash.

i looked for 2 hours last night, any idea where under the dash? its not on the fuse block

only one relay
try pushing the hazzard switch halfway on
the hazzard switch powers the turn signal switch
they go bad often
