Where to go through??

Hi,
I've got -07 Touran and I wanted to ask if anyone knew from where to go through when installing a half an inch thick cable from back of the motor to the passenger side interior. The cable comes from the motor heater. Advice needed asap..
 
If anyone wonders what's going on I'm telling it's getting cold here in Finland? ;-D
