I just bought a 1996 Jetta gls. It has 101,000 miles on it. There are a couple of little things that need to be done to it to make it really nice, but i noticed that it was leaking oil from what appeared to be the oil presure sending unit. When i pulled the rubber boot off of the sensor, it was full of oil. So i replaced it, but now my oil light flashes at me. I have checked the oil and it is just fine. Is there something that has to be reset? Please let me know. That light really bugs me.
