1st Yes I am new to the site and have already posted in the new member area.
2nd I am desperately looking for a diagram or something that will show which wiring harness plugs into which injector on a 94 jetta Gl 2.0
I purchased the car w/ a leaking head gasket and the head already off. I put in a new water pump, T-stat, timing belt, gasket set,spark plugs and had the head rebuilt. After getting everything back together the car will not start. I can smell that the engine is getting fuel and the timing seems fine (no valve crash). Starter sounds great just won't start. My assumption is that since I did not remove the upper half, that I have plugged the injector harnesses into the wrong injectors. I just basically went from right to left in order w/ the matching colored harnesses and the rest of the harnesses went to the intake, distributor, coolant sensor etc. Any help is greatly appreciated...
