I have a 1988 VW Scirocco 16v that is for sale.Here are the details:Engine:
Stock PL 1.8 16v
Timing belt, tensioner and accessories belt replaced 15k miles ago
Partially removed A/C(a/c compressor is out everything else is there)
Passenger side motor mount replaced 15k miles ago
Injector o-rings and brass cups replaced 15k miles ago
K&N drop in filterExhaust:New TT stainless steel catalytic converter and oxygen sensor 5k mile ago
Thrush high flow rear muffler(the stock 16v muffler will be included with the car)
Driveline:AGB stock 5 speed transmission(shifts good with no grinding)
New manual clutch cable 5k miles ago
Transmission oil change 15k miles ago
Eurosport short shifter
OEM shifter rebuild kit 15k miles ago
Clutch is good and does not slip or anythingSuspension:Front:Front struts (SACHS)
Strut mounts/bearings
Ball joints
Both inner and outer tie rod ends
Both rubber boots on the steering rack
Rear:
Rear shocks are used but still in good condition
Brakes:Front:
New front rotors and pads 10k miles agoRear:
Rear rotors and pads in OK condition
Interior:160 MPH speedometer
Black leather seats (have a set of very good cloth seats with vinyl
bolsters if interested)
Driver side seat is a little worn but no rips
Pass side in excellent condition
Rear seats in good condition
Carpet is very clean and in good condition
The dash has a few cracks
Sunroof texture panel is missing(probably have it somewhere in the garage)
BTW sunroof works, tilts,slides everything
The headliner is ripped in couple of places
Power mirrors
Exterior:The body is very straight and has never been hit or anything
The paint is original with signs of fading in few spots
It could use a respray though
Few rust spots also:
Both door handles have some rust around them
The hatch has rust on the bottom of it but I will include a very good matching color hatch that is rust free with the car
It has a dime sized rust hole where the passenger rear wheel is next to the shock absorber
Few small dents ,dings and scratches
Shortened US bumpers that look much much better than when they were stock
New headlights ( all 4)
Two piece front spoiler from 1995 Golf
It has the stock 16v body kit that needs to be reglued
Wheels and tires:The car will come with OEM 14" Snowflake with good tires
I also have a set of 15" Ronal LS' s with 195/50/15 Falken ZIEX 512 's
that can be on the car for the right price.I took few pictures of it below.
My asking price is 2300$.
