I jump started a car the other day and now the headlights,wipers and turn signals are inop after the vehicle starts. Before that everything is functioning normally.

Im having the same issues except my horn and air/heat are inop also. i have not found a solution yet. fusses are fine. alt. seems fine. please help if you get any info. thanks.

did you look under the hood to see if there's any fuses you missed??

bad key switch.. roll it back just a bit every thing will work

so what the switch in steering column is bad??  Wiring or what?

yes the switch
kind of a big job to do
pull air bag st.wheel wiper/turn signal switch and upper st bracket then you can get to the switch

but you need to turn the key back just a bit to conferm that this is the problem

how does this problem happen?? i just had the same issue?? what gets screwed up?? i didnt have to jump my car or anything? somethimes all the electronics work sometime they dont! very strange

the key switch looses power in a spot and you need to roll the key back just a little
fix it by replacing the switch
