Hello, I have a 1991 Jetta Turbo Diesel that has 229.000 miles on original engine, starts perfect when cold but when it has been warmed up it sometimes turns over for a long time before starting, unless I pull the cold start handle out, it then starts right up. Anyone know why? and how can I fix this problem that continues to worsen?
