Hi everyone!! I have a 1990 VW GL Wolfsburg edition, last ones and in Germany as far as I know.. Ok I replaced both axles about 6 months ago and I was told by the dealer that they come in 90mm and 100mm size and according to my car Vin # it was the 100mm that takes. put it in and I noticed that the axle was not turning freely but rather with stress. Now that axle broke and went back to dealer to reconfirm the size and they said that they no longer carry the 90mm and that their system shows 100mm only for my car.. Can anyone that knows tell me what size does it really take??? I'm not trusting the dealer since they only sell 100mm at this point. but I can get an aftermarket 90mm axle elsewhere.... I need to know this info ASAP.. my # is 610-504-0622 Thank you!!!
