    i have a 02 1.8T and i wanted to know some info about the turbo back and the cat back exhaust systems

your exhaust is only as big as your smallest point so all a turbo back would be a good power adder where as a cat back may make an hp gain but will be more show and sound than a turbo back

I agree with dubs.  Cat-back is the way to go, more overall gain, and more options I think.

i was acctualy more in favor of the turbo back, because with the cat back your still running the factory/restrictive down pipe

no you can buy another downpipe, or might be included in a kit.  I know you buy one though

Ye-ah. If not included in an entire kit, then you can buy it seperatly. But it think skunk has a skunk2 racing exhaust system that comes with everything you need, but i don't know the details, and i heard skunk can be expensive.

I dunno bout all that, but I have seen down pipes for an upgraded trubo, or I thought I did.  I tried looking last night but now I can't remember, sorry I feel dumb.
