ok i have a nice car that ran like a champ. the car is a 1997 wolfsburg ed. passat glx. the car was running fine but it has over $2500 spent on parts. all records kept. the car was in an auction. i paid $2001.10 cash for the car. the car is a wonderful meachine. the down fall is that the head or head gasket is blown. all the listed parts are new. tires, transmission 65000 miles, starter, starter switch, shifter linkage adn cables, and battery cables. the car still starts but it smokes alot. the heater core is being replaced. it only has 127000 miles on it mt power eveything. reason for me posting this is im intrestred in a mt golf that is around the same year or to 1993. if some one wants the car they can e-mail me @ saint_murrick@yahoo.com. i will try to get some pictures up later asap. the car nears interior work too. i just dont have the money to fix it with school and a new baby on the way. if intrested or want to trade a golf for a passat let me know in an e-mail.
