Does anyone have any experience or knowledge with using toluene (or any other additive) as an octane booster?

Octane boosters are a waste of money!!! As clear as I can put it. It honestly does nothing fo your HP or performance.

93 octane is on the east coast because of the elevation level. In michigan they have 87, 89, 93...I'm pretty sure all gas stations on the east coast do. I was petrified at the fact that Utah uses an 85 octane as their base unleaded. I use 91 in my Jetta as much as I can
