Hi, I'm new to the forum and have a few questions. I just bought my 2003 Jetta Tdi, and I was just wondering if the TDi Fuel consumption is different for winter and summer? Everyone claims to be able to get 1000km's per tank however I have had mine for a week, and I have done about 460kms and the take is almost empty. I'll probably get to 520km maybe until the tank is empty. Is this normal? Or is there something wrong with this car? Keeping in mind that the weather right now has been around -10 degrees celcius here now.

Also, randomly when I'm driving, there is sometimes a really annoying buzzing noise coming from the front dashboard proably right beside the windsheild. This happens randomly and it just gets a little bit annoying. Does anyone else have the same problem? Or does anyone know any fixes?
