I'm new to the forum and joined in hopes that somebody out there might have some experience changing the brakes on the Beetle (mine is a 2000 TDI). I have changed brakes on other cars and have done regular maintenance and more technical repairs so I'm fairly experienced. This is my first time with the TDI and I'm just wondering if I will need any special tools before I jump in and do it. I don't want any surprises if it can be helped.

Any info would be helpful.
