i'ts a 2000 vr6, auto trans, 60k, i've owned the car 2 months and about a week ago the shifter gets stuck on park or on drive or on neutral etc, it takes me playing and shaking the shifter a minute or a few minutes to unlock it from its position, it doesnt happen all the time and the tranny runs and shifts great between gears once im able to move the lever, im hoping this is a lubrication/linkeage problem rather than an internal transmission problem, any ideas?
