Hi i Bought a brand new jetta last year, i want to preserve the new paint, i was told by volkswagon autobody dealer not to wax it @ all just wash as often as u can and another company told me to wax and polish once a year? my manuel says to wax it twice a year, im confused, anyone has advice or through experince with there volkwagen vehical? thanks jetta06

I was the crap out of mine but I use a special wax. It's a detailers wax, showroom gloss and works fricken awesome!

Get real blue carnauba wax, it usually comes in a orange can and is a paste. Blue in color, this is the real shit used by detailers. Dont be fooled by liquid carnauba its not real. best water shedding, no flaky white shit and somewhat easy to remove. Lasts for 6 months and shines like nothing else!
