For the oil pan you might try germanautodismantlers.com or specializedgerman.com for a used one.  Or you can use some J.B. Weld and patch it if the crack is small enough.  I don't know about the bottoming out I have a 2.0L engine.  Where is the coolant leaking at?

I got a pan from a junk yard cause mine bottomed out on the pan, too.  I had leaking coolant coming from the heater core lines, the tee fitting that went to the core and the thermostat housing.  I think about $80
