auto tech. com has good ones, I just bought an epi tuning down pipe and am having a muffler shop make the rest for me for like $250 and there going to use a magna flow muffler so it saved me some cash there.

If you only put on an exhaust, it will sound better (louder), but still not that great.  I just put on some simple headers and a new exhaust, and it sounds great.  Then again, I''ve only got a 2L, so if you''ve got a better engine to begin with, it might sound good with just a new exhaust.  But still, if you''ve got the money, getting just a simple set of headers will make it sound good.
