I just picked up a 1977 Standard Bug. The throttle cabel is broken. I have the new one but can''t figure out how to clear out the old "Hard" plastic tube left in the metal guide tube. Does anyone have a good way to clear the tube so I can slide the new cable through? Thanks, Skip

I have a crazy idea that might help, try a small snake used in plumbing with a drill, you will most likely have to cut the head off the snake to get it in but this might help push out the old shit, anyone got something easier?
