If my cars is running rich becuase all of the parts i have put on should it still pass emitions?

as long as the ck engine light is off it should
if they do a obd test
if tail pipe test you might get lucky still

As long as your catalyst isnt burn from too much fuel, how long have you been rich?

Few weeks, but i did take the cadilac converter off to make the car breath better.

put it back on before you have it tested
you could get in some deep shit with out it
and your car might be flaged as a tamperd car

is your giac chip compensating for no cat? IE: o2 eliminator or wideband? no cat is most likely your issue and you will never pass smog like that, you wont even pass visual inspection...
