Physical: 9.5/10 (a few scratches on the battery cover) Screen protector (bought at $15) since Day 1

Complete package (with box), additional battery  , additional battery charger , leather cover (bought at $70) , 256 memory card
Warranty till 13 Nov 08 - 3 months more. During this period, if phone has any problem, can approach Palm. If phone system is faulty, very likely they will do a 1-to-1 exchange.
