2005 jetta. How do you remove the plastic caps off off the lug nuts on the wheels? Allen wrench? What size? Pull them off, unscrew them off? The spare tire kit seems to be missing some items. Please send me a screen shot too if possible of the item used for this. Thanks.

just pull them off
you can put a hook in the hole or pry them with a small screwdriver

Then find a garbage can and gently place inside, turn, walkaway and never look back. I hate those things lol...

try removing them every day
every time i get one in for a break job i hope someone has done that
you would think after 25 years(sence the early rabbits) that volkswagen would give this crappy idea up

Is there a tool that is supposed to be included with the spare tire kit? If so mine is missing.

you can just get an allen wrench that size and tada your kit is complete again.
