i recently purchased a used 03 jetta but here is the question i have about it. you know when you lock the car with the key and when you hit the lock button on your key it locks the car plus it sounds the horn like guessing letting you know that it did lock or somthing but the horn goes off alittle when you lock the car. but recently the horn stop doing that i was woundering what the problem would be i hope that i am wording this right and all any input would be great.

bad alarm horn?? is that easy fix or do i really need to worry about it or what.

Its easy to fix, get yourself a replacement alarm, I got a 128db horn and is way louder than the stock POS. You have to take off your wipers and the raintray, its mounted in there. you can cut the stock harness to the horn and solder and heatshrink the neg and pos wires to the new horn, mount and your done. If not get a stock replacement and it will plug right in...
