Hi im considering whether or not to trade in my 03 GTI 1.8T on an R32, ive wanted an R32 since before i got my golf but it was too expensive, and now i can afford one, and i want to know what everyone thinks. ive heard alot of negative things about the R32, but ive also heard some positive things about it i just wanna get a bunch of different opinions on the subject. thanks

An R32 motor alone is worth a pretty penny...I've been trying to find one for like 3 months. Found one on E-bay but was blown up, but I would def get R32, I love em my friend has one, not too mnay ppl keep up wit him.

Yeah,im with bagel, and ive never heard anything bad about them. Ive raced one on the highway (obviously a no contest in my stock 1.8 T) But he pulled me much harder than i coudve imagined. He also beat my friend in his 04 WRX STI. Its definitely a bada$$ car and oh so good looking. I say go for it if you have the fundage.
