The show dates are Tuesday Nov 4th-Friday Nov 7th in Las Vegas at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Info at www.semashow.com This is the biggest buy/sell/trade in America with over 60,000 parts dealers and racing owners like Richard Petty and Childress Racing.

i was there last year and plan to attend the event again this year. i didnt see richard petty, but last year i saw steve saleen, jack roush, carroll shelby, the guys from pimp my ride (dont know their names), and a ton of NHRA drivers...i will be covering the event this year, and i will have plenty to show the forum when the week is over..

Modern Image, on of our future sponsors, has invited me to that show. They will have a booth there, and they told me to show up so we could talk more. Chip Foose is gonna be there this year...my Uncle owns a business so him, my Aunt, and my cuz go every year. How do you get in? Don''t you have to own your own business to get into SEMA?

Im a member of the media, so thats how i get in. You have to be approved by the SEMA registration committee if you run an automotive related business. In prior years, it hasnt been open to the public, but someone told me that they thought that this years friday portion might be open to the public, but im unsure of that.

That would be great! My Uncle goes every year so I could jsut go with him I guess, but I dunno about them getting me in as a guest, or maybe I''ll say I''m one of the employees..lol. Maybe I''ll run into ya...
