for a stock 2003 vw jetta gli i was looking at getting an upper stress bar
then later going with a lower front and rear, but would it be worth it would
i notice a difference with just an upper stress bar? and do different brands make a difference here

Nuespeed is great but check on www.ecstuning.com or www.performance-cafe.com for what you''re looking for.  With the sway bars you''re gonna want to get lowering springs or coilovers, cause with the sway bar you''re gonna have a tighter turning car but not lowered is gonna make it ride rough as hell.
