I've made a few postings already, but I haven't really introduced myself. I've had a 73 Super since March 2000. I almost ended up with a 72 Karmann Ghia project for my wife, but the time and resources aren't there for such things right now. My bug "Tommy" keeps me busy enough. I had a few posts on the old Motorworks board before it became defunct. I'm a steam engineer on the sternwheeler Belle of Louisville, so I'm used to working on such relics as my bug. My wife scoots around in a 2000 Jetta VR6, soaking up those modern contrivances like A/C and power steering. Anyway, I'm glad to find a board to handle my VW addiction.
