HELP!!! please... got a 96 passat vr 6..
while driving today i pushed the clutch in. the cluth went mad loose. and it stuck in. and its broken now

has this happen to anyone else? does anyone know what happen or why? my mechanic said over the phone something about the clyinder that open and closes the clutch.. but im completely lost. someone please help

Your Clutch was prob worned out.... How long did you have the clutch for?

Clutch slave, do you have a small resevoir by your brake booster? You should check the fluid level, or check to see if you have fluid all over your tranny case. Or could it be cable operated? If so check that the cable adjustment isnt broken or came loose from a bracket on top of the tranny
