johnny50 -> VW Transporter T28 handbrake problem (8/7/2006 4:35:20 PM)

Hi folks.
Van has been running sweet, not a single hiccup, which is great considering i've done 41,000 miles since the beginning of the year.
However, tonight, i released the handbrake, and the warning lamp stayed on. This is a bit of a pain, because as soon as i move off, the warning buzzer starts to sound.
The brakes certainly arnt binding, and the van doesnt feel like it's being held back by stuck brakes, so i'm a little worried.
Any ideas ?
