Boosted VWPassat -> 2000 Passat 1.8t (5/19/2005 1:31:26 PM)

I'm trying to convert my passat over to a manual boost controller, which I have installed successfully. The only problem is that the computer is still got some control over boost pressure (probly by the throttle by wire system). Any help with fixing this problem so I can adjust boost pressure to my liking will be awsome.

im not really familiar with passat, but in the new Golf GT TS it has a manual gear controller that will automatically revert back to auto mode when it senses that you are a bit tired.

Do you have the controller hooked up in place of the n75 valve? Leave the N75 hooked up electrically but run all the vac lines to and from the boost controller by itself, this will prevent the MIL on the dash and prevent the ecu from opening and closing the n75.
