I would get smoked, just because the grill is black, tires black, and trim is black. When putting a good show car together, you want everything to flow, you don't want something like bumper lights to stand out. My Jetta is red, and it's tinted windows, I'm smoking the tailights, and maybe the sidemarkers, because then everything will flow nicely. Just my opinion....

He has a point, but went the other way, mine are cleared because the turn signals on the fender are clear as well as the headlights, i did so to keep them consistent. I think either way works, both look better than the ambers. depends on your preference, and whether or not your gonna change any of the other parts.

holy shizzle, is that where you bought them? thats alot of cash for just the thin plastic lense cover, i got some off ebay they're smoked and they came with the entire assembly (the whole plastic housing that the lense is on) and they were literally $22 buy it now with like 2.89 shipping. eek plus is not like an engine componnent that you should worry about warranty or anything is just a lense, shoulda shopped around...

you shouldn't get either, you should leave it as it is. i don't know why people modify golf's. they are perfect, the mk4 shape is, the mk5 they turned it into a little toyota. even the r32 looks like a corolla.

i was talking about the body. perhaps the indicators "the mk4 shape is" and "even the r32 looks like a corolla" would have helped you there. literally? you're putting words in my mouth there. through expression i guess you would have understood what i was saying, i guess you didn't get that one. i'll lead you through it, with an example. it's kind of like when you say "i don't know how people can watch south park", but you understand perfectly that they like it, for some asinine, adolescent reason or something. i don't know maybe they're stuck in the late 90's. it's simply an expression. you know, an opinion. what year have you completed at school?

well, i thought you were talking about modifications in general, and were just stating that exterior modifications need not happen.
