Jettaman7 -> Type E body Kit for 99 jetta (9/15/2006 9:23:02 PM)

I bought this kit and I wanted to know if I have to cut anything to place my bumpers on and my side skirts onto my car.
Or does any one have a ruff idea on how much would it cost to get it installed at a body shop.
