Hey everyone... ran into a little problem...
i was attempting to paint my rear emblem... the chrome part will be the color of the body of my car (silverstone grey) and the background and the rubber seal will stay black. Thats all good, cept the chrome part of the badge happens to be frickin bulletproof. just trying to rough it a little so the primer will stick... and nothing.. sand paper has no effect on this material. the only thing i have found to work thus far is the edge of a razor blade, which would take forever to sand the whole thing. if i got a lower grit sand paper would it possibly have a better effect? anyone?
thanks in advance
-joel
