I am restoring a 1965 Beetle. I bought(separately) a new steering wheel , a new horn ring, and an installation kit (3 screws, 3 fibre(?) washers, 3 plastic inserts and 3 springs). I am trying to figure out how these are to be installed. Is there also a need for a brass plate for contact?
If anyone can help or point to a website that may have this info, I would very much appreciate the help. If anyone has a sketch or diagram, or can quickly sketch one, forwarding by e-mail would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any help.
