as far as exhaust goes, 2.5" should be sufficient unless youre planning on really boosting you car up and going all out, then 3" might be more useful, but 2.5" is fine with stock turbo. the turbo can only push so much out at once, to go with bigger exhaust would probably be pointless. just my thoughts though and ive heard from many pleased dubbers and others as well that the best exhaust you can buy for these cars is the APR turbo back. Its a pretty penny but im told its worth it. as far as Blow-offs and diverters go, they arent the same thing. blow offs release into the atmosphere making the whoosh sound, whereas diverters reroute the extra pressure/air back into the air intake system. you can still here the whoosh sound with certain conditions but not as loud at all. i.e. if you have a cold air intake the sound will be heard easily because its essentially "blowing off" a little ways down from your filter being audible. for these cars you dont want a blow off, unless you have some major mods going on. with everything else stock the car will run lean and throw a check engine light in no time at all. So if anything, just upgrade to a better DV. not sure about the wastgate factor but from what i understand, the K03S can take between 15 and 17 pounds of boost safely. maybe more, but thats what ive understood. I wouldnt take my word to the bank without a little more research. hope this helps and good luck
