I have met mechanics that work for VW that dont know shit. Plus guys that have made a career out of it. Doing it for 25 years dosent mean you are adept on every issue or that your good at working on cars and it surely dosent impress me. Besides I know people that have had this issue and solved it the way I described. I have seen it happen bro. With my own two eyes lol. So write that down in your mechanics bible there buddy. And bagel well haha I dont need to watch shit, your pretty pathetic backing up people you dont even know...

Try my method first of resetting the ecu by pulling the battery after cleaning the carbon out and see if this fixes it. If you need a Throttle body alignment (not a remap as it was being called) go to vagcomlocator.com and find someone near you to do a free TBA. Period

Ive been an enthusiast and a mechanic myself for a long time, Im part of a large Southern California community that knows their stuff and knows real world fixes that dont require a mechanics touch. We have solved these issues before mr 25 years on the job, guess what they work consistently. I dont need naysayers telling me what wont work when I have seen it in action.
What a waste of time this forum is, we have 4 people that post lol...
