Welcome..I dunno if it's possible, or why you woanna do it, but I'm assuming it's just a head, cam, and the ECU...prolly wouldn't be that hard.  Anyways, I'm just guessing..let me know any info you find on this.

might be a little more complicated then that, im thinking everything would have to be re-configured such as timing and fuel input dont ya think?
also, might be pricey, not certain though, and even if done so and done so right, i dont know what kind of difference it would give you, Perhaps someone else knows better than i, I'd do a great deal of research beforehand
good luck

I have never come accross this type of mod before... but it makes little sense to do and it would be quite expensive not to mention a large project. I dont even want to know what the labor cost would be. Of course it is possible, but it makes no sense at all. By putting the extra 2v per cylinder I assume your trying to achieve some kind of VVT or "V-TEC" effect, but even if you achieve this you wont make much gain for the money you would spend. Dont bother.

From what I've read the heads don't quite line up, nor do the seals for coolant etc.  I've heard of people custom machining 24v conversions, but not converting using stock parts.  Then again this info is all from other forums, so it may or may not be completely reliable.  Good luck either way.
