I have a Beetle with the diesel engine and when it's cold it will start right off but when the engine is hot, It just spins around and around. It doesn't even try to start. It has 50 K on it and new battery. I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks Tom

some bad info.

ive heard of several different makes of vehicles which have crank and cam sensor issues that cause hot-start issues..when it does start, any check engine lights or anything?

No sir, no lights on when it starts. Just when it gets hot and shut down it doesn't want to start. Thanks for the responses.
