hello jus wonderin?i have a mk3 golf 1.4 vr6 replica i wonderd if it is possible 2 put a audi 1.8tuby engine in to me golf kuz its2 fn slow but looks the dogs

i havent the slightest clue what you just said but that was awesome. im not certain here but im pretty sure that it will fit, Audi and VW 1.8Ts are essentially the same i believe would definitely be a fun project. good luck -j

sounds cool. but triple check your measurements and ALWAYS measure. The only real risk is the mounts. if you can try to use the golf tranny. it'll make everything a bit easyer. I would definitly do your research for that one!

well i have a passat and it is the same set up as the audi. i have a 1.8t in it. the engine is mounted longitudinally in an audi and in your car th engine is mounted transverse. the oil pans, exhaust, turbo, intake manifold and a few other things are different, in order to get that to work, you would need all those parts from a mkiv jetta or golf withe the 1.8t and swap them out. also the pulleys are different to, the cooling fan is ran off the engine, not electric.
