hello again boys and girls, Just wanted to post and let everyone know its finally happening.
My car is finally going down, got a great hook up on a drop kit minus the rear shocks which i got another hook up on from the guy thats doing the install for me. I wanted to do it myself but i lack the tools and know-how to do this project right so i turned it over to DUBsquared in arlington. Really cool guys and very fair.
I've also got some other goodies just haven't put them on yet. I found a r32 spoiler for under a hundred bucks at spoilerdepot.com if anyone is interested and I bought a front valance lip off of a 337 not to long ago.
pics soon-

well, i used some connections and found the parts i wanted specifically for reasonable prices, and caught some major breaks along the way.
I pulled the drop springs off a guy that had them sitting in his garage. I almost didnt do it though because buying the struts and shocks alone would've been upwards at 400 bucks and you can get a cup kit for 475 so it didnt seem worth it, until he told me that he had the front koni yellow struts and he would throw them in for free. So i got everything needed but the rear shocks and only paid 60 bucks, but i had to drive about 2 and a half hours to pick it all up. then i talked to a couple guys at a local dub shop and they got me the rears shocks, normally about 110 a piece, for 180 a pair. They also installed for me being as i dont have the tools or know-how (until i watched them do it) to work on this type of suspension. They did the install for 150 bucks.
So i came out alright considering this is a low budget project for me right now, under 400 installed, all about who you talk to and who you meet.
Check it out, not the best pics but you can see a difference
