Hey guys,

I need some help on a 73 Super. First, how much to have someone who knows what they're doing replace ingnition switch in column? I've temporarilty installed one of those universal push-button ingnition switches for now. Also, car starts right up when cold but hesitant or sluggish to start when running for awhile? Lastly, what's best type of oil to use going into summer? thanks. jijacobsen1@hotmail.com

check fuel pump pressure. and any decent mechanic or capable person can change out ignition switn in column i think even library has book on how to for vw bugs.
