A few weeks ago my emission control lightcame on and a friend of mine said that it was probably my mass air flow sensor and my car would run fine withe the light on. The car did run fine for a few weeks but recently while idling at stoplights and what not the engine seems to hiccup and this morning i had tostart the car 3 times because it stalled the first two. Any suggestions as to what would cause the engine to act this way and about how much it will cost to fix? The car has about 90k miles on it.

You better take it to your preferred garage quickly and have them plug it in. That way you can find out whats actually wrong with it. I don't know how much it would cost to fix, but it'll def be alot of you keep driving it while its in the condition its in. Especially if its running to rich.
